LUSHFEEL WVR [Smoothness with lubricity]

 

Product attributes:

• Lushfeel WVR is a polymeric quat softener.

• Lushfeel WVR gives surface smoothness, fullness with lubricity.

• Lushfeel WVR being a nano particle penetrate inside the core of yarn in hank form and improves smoothness, bulkiness, colour brilliancy and strength of finished Cotton / acrylic yarn.

• Lushfeel WVR is suitable for finishing woven 100% cotton, PC, PV fabrics.

• The product can replace conventional Polyethylene, Tallow and Stearate based softeners.

Preparation of 10% soultion:

1. Take 9X gm of warm water.

2. Add X gm of Lushfeel WVR

3. Add acetic acid (approx. 1%) to achieve pH of 3.5 – 4.

4. Stir it for 15—20 min for preparing clear solution preferably with high-speed stirrer (1440 rpm).

Note: where high-speed stirrer is not available higher temperature water (60-70 0C) would be ideal.

Note:

• 10% solution of Lushfeel WVR is stable under ambient temperature condition for 10 days.

• A slight yellowing of white fabric treated with Lushfeel WVR may be caused by prolonged exposure to heat above 160 deg C.

• Lushfeel WVR is recommended to be used in combination with silicon softeners to achieve higher surface smoothness.

 

Storage:

• The material should be stored below 40C in shaded area.

• The product on ageing may show slight haziness in diluted solution but it does not affect the performance of the product.

• Stable for 12 months if stored in a shade at room temperature.

 

 

Softner WTC

(Non Yellowing Cationic Sofner 100%)

 

Softner WTC is an excellent product for cotton and polyester blended fabric. This is a pseudo cationic softner 100%. It does not give bad smell of tallow (which other softner give). It is non yellowing while ironing on white fabrics. No acetic acid is required for cationisation (which other softner required), that means there is no need for acetic acid to add in it. (pH = 7.0).

 

APPEARANCE: Yellowish cake 100%

 

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

In boiling water 20g softner is dissolved in 80g boiling water with high speed stirring. No Acetic Acid required for cationisation.

 

APPLICATION:

20-30g/l above 20% diluted softner is used for stenter finish.

 

It gives excellent finish, smoothness to fabric and good body to the fabrics. It does not give any yellow effect while ironing the garments.

 

CARE:

Do not use Anionic product with cationic softner.

Soft SIL RV

[Hydrophilicity, softness and anti-ozone]

 

Product attributes:

 

• Soft SIL RV is a polymeric quat softener.

 

• Soft SIL RV10% solution forms micro emulsion (nano particle size), which is transparent in water. This provides inner softness and better bulk to the finished substrate compared to other cationic softeners.

 

• Soft SIL RV imparts hydrophilicity to the finished substrate with reasonable retentivity.

 

• SOFTSIL RV gives non-yellowing finish, if finished fabric cured below 160 ^oC.

Texsoft WGG

Cold water Soluble Concentrated low yellowing cationic softener for cellulosics and synthetics

Dilution Procedure

 

To prepare 1:15 Dilutions:

 

• Take one part of texsoft WGG and add one part of

acidified cold water to it and start mixing.

• Mix at 400 rpm stirring for about 5 to 10 min until there is

uniform material without any particles.

• Now add the remaining 13 parts of acidified water

and mix for another 5 to 10 min .

• After complete mixing filter and use the material.

NOTE : 1:15 DILUTION of texsoft WGG IS COMPARABLE IN

PERFORMANCE TO 1:9 DILUTION OF FLAKES .

 

Storage Details

• Check for any pH drift during the softening cycle.

• Clean the padding rollers regularly to avoid impurities.

• Avoid direct flames.

• Check compatibility with other bath additives before use.

• Use dedicated container for removing chemicals from carboys.

• When not in use, the material container should be tightly closed

and stored under ambient conditions.

• Dilutions less than 5% should not be stored for more than one

month. Check the Stenter temperature and the dwell time in the

drying and curing chamber.

• On Storage, during winter, product may tends to have change in

viscosity, which will not affect the product performance.

• Check the water quality. If water hardness is more than 250 ppm, it

is advised to go for a sample trial.
